Martin Foner is the principal member of NPL Consultants. His rare combination of  expertise, gathered over decades of experience, spans Taxes, Successful Entrepreneurship, Consulting, and a Global Futurist perspective on the events of today and how they impact the future of clients’ businesses. 

This expertise allows him to take a snapshot of a company and assess its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and cautions, profits and exit points… and provide this analysis to the management in a concise, easy to understand formula for success. 

Mr. Foner has decades of Entrepreneurial experience owning a number of companies,simultaneously managing, and building them  from zero to millions before selling. He has authored and edited over a dozen books from Taxes to Strategic Planning to Governance of Non Profit organizations. Mr. Foner’s background includes business and tax consulting work as an EA, LPA, and PA. Currently, his work in multiple countries has provided a wealth of experience in a ‘global’ perspective on business and success.

Much of Mr. Foner’s success in consulting with businesses comes from the ability to pinpoint problem areas, hidden assets, unused tax benefits, and operational efficiencies, in addition to discovering poor entrepreneurial personal fiscal habits… and through an intense consulting program, bringing the business and personal situations back to sharp, focused success once again.
