Again, we highly recommend you read all the listings… just in case.
One additional piece of advice. Just because a listing is sitting on these pages quietly does not mean it is not on the verge of being sold. Our Agreement does not call for us to ‘announce’ offers, pending deals, or anything short of a closing. And in most cases, we don’t even announce closings. In fact, as mentioned elsewhere, over half of the sales made by NPL never even appear in these listings, and are sold privately with a few telephone calls and quiet negotiations.
